Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using MehendiBooking.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform or have parental consent.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Bookings & Payments
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment with an artist.
- The booking fee secures your time slot and is separate from the artist's service charges.
- The remaining service amount is to be paid directly to the artist after the mehendi application is completed.
- All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. MehendiBooking.com does not store your payment card details.
- Prices displayed on artist profiles are indicative and may vary based on design complexity and requirements.
- A platform commission is applied to each booking to maintain and improve our services.
Artist Responsibilities
- Artists must provide accurate information about their skills, experience, pricing, and availability.
- Artists are expected to arrive on time and deliver the agreed-upon services professionally.
- Artists must maintain the quality standards expected by MehendiBooking.com.
- Artists are independent contractors and not employees of MehendiBooking.com.
- Artists must not solicit clients directly to bypass the platform for future bookings.
- Portfolio images must be original work. Misrepresentation may result in account removal.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The booking fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Clients may cancel bookings, but refund eligibility depends on the timing as per our Cancellation Policy.
- If an artist cancels, the client will receive a full refund of the booking fee.
- MehendiBooking.com reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of policy violations by either party.

Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Posting false reviews, fake profiles, or misleading information.
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees by arranging bookings outside the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, artists, or staff.
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing platform content without permission.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or its security features.
Limitation of Liability
- MehendiBooking.com acts as a marketplace connecting clients with independent mehendi artists.
- We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by individual artists.
- We do not guarantee artist availability, punctuality, or the outcome of mehendi application.
- Our liability is limited to the booking fee amount paid through the platform.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin issues, or damages arising from mehendi application.
- Disputes between clients and artists should first be reported to our support team for mediation.
Intellectual Property
- All content on MehendiBooking.com (logos, text, designs, code) is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
- Artists retain ownership of their portfolio images but grant us a license to display them on the platform.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
- The MehendiBooking.com name and logo are registered trademarks.
