Please read these terms carefully before using MehendiBooking.com. They govern your use of our platform and services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using MehendiBooking.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform or have parental consent.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Mehendi Appointments

  • Browsing artist profiles and arranging a mehendi appointment is free - there is no booking fee.
  • The full service amount for the mehendi appointment itself is paid directly to the artist, outside MehendiBooking.com. We do not process or hold this payment.
  • Prices displayed on artist profiles are indicative and may vary based on design complexity and requirements.

Payments We Process

  • MehendiBooking.com directly processes three kinds of payment, via Razorpay: client token purchases, artist subscription plans, and mehendi cone orders.
  • Tokens: you buy a token pack to unlock an artist's direct phone number and email. 1 token unlocks 1 artist's contact. Once unlocked, you can view that artist's contact again at no extra cost.
  • Artist subscriptions: artists pay for a Basic, Standard or Premium plan to list their profile. Plans are valid for 1 year and do not auto-renew.
  • Cone orders: a standard e-commerce purchase of mehendi cones, shipped to the address you provide.

Artist Responsibilities

  • Artists must provide accurate information about their skills, experience, pricing, and availability.
  • Artists are expected to arrive on time and deliver the agreed-upon services professionally.
  • Artists must maintain the quality standards expected by MehendiBooking.com.
  • Artists are independent contractors and not employees of MehendiBooking.com.
  • Artists must not solicit clients directly to bypass the platform for future bookings.
  • Portfolio images must be original work. Misrepresentation may result in account removal.

Cancellation Policy

  • Mehendi appointments are arranged directly with the artist and carry no platform fee, so there is nothing to cancel on our end.
  • Token purchases, artist subscription plans and cone orders each have their own cancellation terms.
  • MehendiBooking.com reserves the right to suspend an account in case of policy violations by either party.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Posting false reviews, fake profiles, or misleading information.
  • Attempting to circumvent platform fees by arranging bookings outside the platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, artists, or staff.
  • Scraping, copying, or redistributing platform content without permission.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or its security features.

Limitation of Liability

  • MehendiBooking.com acts as a marketplace connecting clients with independent mehendi artists.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by individual artists.
  • We do not guarantee artist availability, punctuality, or the outcome of mehendi application.
  • MehendiBooking.com does not process payment for the mehendi service itself, which is paid directly to the artist.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin issues, or damages arising from mehendi application.
  • Disputes between clients and artists should first be reported to our support team for mediation.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on MehendiBooking.com (logos, text, designs, code) is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
  • Artists retain ownership of their portfolio images but grant us a license to display them on the platform.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
  • The MehendiBooking.com name and logo are registered trademarks.
