Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works for mehendi appointments, token purchases, artist plans and cone orders.

Mehendi Appointments

Arranging a mehendi appointment with an artist is free - there is no booking fee, so there is nothing to cancel on our end.
Once you unlock an artist's contact, you discuss dates, designs and pricing directly with them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Rescheduling or cancelling the appointment itself is a matter between you and the artist directly - MehendiBooking.com does not manage appointment dates or charge for changes to them.
If an artist is unresponsive or you have a dispute, contact our support team and we will help mediate.

Tokens are bought in packs and credited to your wallet immediately after payment - 1 token unlocks 1 artist's contact.
A token-pack purchase cannot be cancelled once the tokens are credited, since the tokens are available to use right away.
Before you spend a token, nothing has been unlocked yet - you are free to choose which artist to unlock, or not unlock anyone at all.
Once a token is spent to unlock an artist's contact, that action cannot be reversed or cancelled, since the contact details have already been revealed to you.

Artists pay for a Basic, Standard or Premium plan to list and rank their profile. Plans run for 1 year from activation and do not auto-renew.
Once a plan payment is confirmed and the artist profile is approved and live, the plan cannot be cancelled mid-term.
An artist may choose not to renew when their plan expires - there is no cancellation needed for that, the listing simply becomes inactive at expiry.
If payment was taken but your artist profile never went live due to a technical issue on our end, contact support - this specific case is reviewed individually.

A cone order can be cancelled free of charge any time before its status changes to "Shipped".
To cancel, email our support team with your order ID as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled - see our Refund Policy for the return process after delivery.

MehendiBooking.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for violating our Terms & Conditions, such as fake reviews, harassment, or attempting to bypass token payments.
This is separate from the cancellation terms above and does not entitle either party to a refund of anything already paid.
