What exactly is the ₹99 booking fee?

The ₹99 booking fee is a slot-confirmation charge that reserves the artist's time exclusively for you. It is NOT an advance payment. The fee is collected by the platform and deducted from the artist's settlement. You pay the full service price directly to the artist after the work is done.

What payment methods are accepted for the booking fee?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit cards, debit cards, net banking and wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay). The service balance is paid directly to the artist — cash or UPI as agreed.

Yes. Go to "My Bookings" and click "Reschedule". Choose a new date; the artist must confirm the new slot. No additional ₹99 fee is charged for rescheduling with the same artist.

What happens if the artist cancels my confirmed booking?

You receive a full ₹99 refund within 5–7 working days (auto-processed), immediate SMS/email notification, and an offer of a replacement artist if available. Frequent cancellers are warned, suspended or removed.

How long does a refund take to process?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method. Contact support with your booking ID if you have not received it after 7 working days.
