Refund Policy

How refunds work for token purchases, artist subscription plans and cone orders.

Mehendi Appointments

Arranging a mehendi appointment is free - there is no platform fee, so there is nothing for us to refund.
The service amount you agree with the artist is paid directly to them, outside MehendiBooking.com. We do not process or hold that payment, so we cannot refund it.
Disagreements about the mehendi service itself (quality, pricing, timing) are between you and the artist. Contact our support team if you need help resolving a dispute, and we will try to mediate.

Tokens are a digital good delivered instantly - once a payment is confirmed, the tokens are credited to your wallet right away.
Because tokens are delivered immediately, token purchases are non-refundable once credited.
If a payment was deducted from your account but the tokens were not credited to your wallet due to a technical error, email us with your payment details - we will investigate and either credit the tokens or refund the payment.
Spending a token to unlock an artist's contact is final - we cannot refund a token after the contact details have been revealed.

Subscription plan payments are non-refundable once your artist profile is approved and live on the platform.
If your payment was successful but your artist application never went live due to a technical issue on our end, email us - this case is reviewed individually and may be refunded to your original payment method.
If you choose not to renew at the end of your plan term, no refund applies since the plan already ran its full validity period.

Cancel before shipping: full refund if you cancel an order before its status changes to "Shipped".
Damaged or incorrect item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received. We will review and arrange a refund or replacement for valid claims.
Change of mind after delivery is not covered, since mehendi cones are a consumable product.

All payments on MehendiBooking.com are processed through Razorpay. Any approved refund is credited back to the original payment method used for that transaction.
We do not process refunds in cash, to a different account, or for payments made directly to an artist.
To request a refund review for a token or cone-order payment, email us with your order ID or payment reference.
